My husband has decided he wants to start eating healthier. He specifically said he will eat vegetables. We have been together 8 years and I have always dreamed that he would one day decide to start eating vegetables. Until this new commitment to healthy eating I have only seen him eat salad maybe four times, literally, in 8 years. But now, in the past 5 days he has eaten salad twice! In addition to salad he has also eaten broccolini, broccoli, squash, asparagus, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. Vegetable eating fool! Double Bonus: Mike eating healthier = me eating healthier and I get to officially meal plan and grocery shop for our family! I have hoped for regular family dinners for years and its now finally happening.
