Blueberry Crumb Cake

Ingredients
5 Tablespoon stick butter
¾ cups Sugar
1 whole Egg
½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 cups All-purpose Flour
2-¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoons Cinnamon
¾ cups Milk
2 cups Fresh Blueberries
Topping
¾ sticks Butter
½ cups Sugar
½ cups Flour
¼ teaspoons Salt
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter with sugar. Add egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt and milk and mix until totally incorporated. Fold in blueberriesthen pour the batter into a greased 9×13 baking pan.  

 In a separate bowl, cut together sugar, flour, salt with 3/4 stick butter then sprinkle over the top of the cake.  (I wanted make this super special for Mike so I added white chocolate chips on top.  If I make this again I will incorporate the white chocolate chips in the batter.) 
Bake cake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. 

This would be way amazing with ice cream.  Hope you enjoy!
