Yesterday in the co-op I got a bunch of kale so I decided to try to make kale chips.  Kale tossed in olive oil and salt then bake at 350 for 20 min.  At first I like it but the more I ate the more I started to hate the after taste.  I could not fool my taste buds into thinking that this was yummy like potato chips.  Oh well, at least I tried it. 

For lunch I used Siracha for the first time and made a “mouth on fire” stir fry.   My veggies included, sweet peppers, potatoes, brussels sprouts, corn, mushroom, celery and onion.  I love stir fry.  I should make it more often. 

I made too much stir fry so I plan to try the left overs over/mixed in cheese grits. Yummy!
