Dinner Time- Yellowfin Tuna with Mango Salsa

I made a new meal for dinner tonight.
Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Yellowfin Tuna Steak rubbed with olive oil and mixture of brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Broiled for 13 min (too long) and topped with Mango Salsa. I was too hungry to remember to take a picture of the whole meal so the picture of the Mango Salsa will have to be good enough.
Mango Salsa
1 cup cubed mango
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
juice of 1 lime
Although the fish was cooked too long the flavor was delicious. Mike approved my making this again (but I have to make sure not to overcook the fish).
While I was at Whole Foods I picked up some delicious import beer, Leffe Blond. Expensive but totally worth it.
