10k Training Plan – Update

10k training was scheduled to begin yesterday but we had out of town guests so I moved strength training from yesterday to today in addition to my easy run. I also adjusted training pace to reach my goal time instead of being based on my actual 5k time. So excited! I haven’t run since Thursday (because of wedding, hangover, and house guests) so I am anxious to get on that treadmill. Here is the new plan.
