So for my wedding I lost 20 lbs in 6mths. It only took 3 mths to gain that back after the wedding. In January of this year I started to run and I started to pay attention to what I ate. I’m not on any specific diet but I just eat as good as I can. I was losing about 1lb per week for the first 2 mths of the year then in March I stopped losing weight. Hmm, I was still running and so I started eating even healthier and for 3 weeks straight I did not lose even 1oz. Then last week, I ate Taco Bueno for lunch on Friday; beer and grilled food at the Allisons for dinner Friday; Sushi, vodka and wine Saturday; TGIF lunch on Sunday; and Pizza Hut on Tuesday. Totally expected to gain weight this week but instead and then I lose 1.8lbs. Huh? Whatever works I guess. Tonight I think I will stop by Krystals to see if I can keep my weight loss streak going. Maybe this week I will try the Taco Bell diet. Drooling.
