My New Bagel

March 17, 2010

I really heart bagels. My choice for my last breakfast would probably be the Einstein Bros Everything bagel LOADED with garden veggie shmear. YUMMY. I’m drooling. Unfortunately that meal would be 270 calories for the bagel and like 50 (reduced fat whipped (pretend) garden veggie shmear). It would not be very healthy or filling and I just plain can’t eat food like that very often (or shouldn’t). So instead, I have discovered Thomas Bagel Thins. Basically this is the best part of the bagel, the crust, and very little of the filling of a bagel. So yummy. If this bagel lover is satisfied by this substitute then you could be too.
