Goal for 2010 – February
For the month of February I ended up running only 29.9 miles total. My goal for the month was 10% increase over January or 35 total miles. 35 would have kept me on track for 750 miles for the year. Clearly evident from the chart that I have no clear training plan and the lack of consistency is hurting me.
My Goal for March is 38 miles. Today is the 5th and I haven’t run yet because of vacation and being sick but fortunately it is a 31 day month so I am confident that I will be able to catch up.
