Great Workout

Tonight was the best workout I have ever had. I did not go very far or very fast but I was consistent, I completed the program I planned and most importantly I was NOT gasping for air. I have a lot more room for improvement but its just amazing and encouraging to know how far I have come since November. I think I might start liking this running thing.

    Great job, there is always room for improvement but nice to set back and celebrate how far you've come.
