What not to do
I learned a very valuable lesson yesterday. Do not eat anything with chili paste before a run. Even though I ate dinner at 6 and did not run until 9 my chest was on fire. I felt like I was breathing fire and man that is not a good feeling while running.
On a happy note, my calf muscles have stopped hurting but something on my left leg hurts instead (inside above ankle). I iced the area and It feel ok today but it is a little stiff. I have completed 4 of 6 days of the program this week and so I may actually achieve the goal of completing all 6 days. Yea!
