Chicken Crockpot Recipe

1 lb chicken (I have used thighs and breast, your choice)

Crushed Red Pepper
Olive oil
1C white wine
3T tomato paste
28oz diced tomatoes
Coat chicken in olive oil, salt and pepper. Brown chicken (2 min on each side). Add chicken, tomato paste and diced tomato to crock pot. Add garlic and wine to pan that you browned chicken in. Scrape up all the bits of flavor on the pan, simmer like 5 min. Dump over chicken. Add some CRP. Let this simmer on high for 4 hours and voila, dinner. Put with pasta, rice, potatoes = party in your mouth.
